Liaocheng Universefarmer Co., Ltd. has entered a strategic collaboration with the Thailand Agricultural Research Institute (TARI) to jointly develop drought-resistant and pest-tolerant vegetable strains. The partnership aims to enhance crop yield stability in response to climate change challenges.

“By integrating TARI's biotechnology expertise with our large-scale farming data, we hope to create more sustainable solutions for the global food industry,” explained Dr. Li Ming, Universefarmer's R&D Director.*   

The first trial crops, featuring improved tomatoes and bell peppers, are expected to enter commercial production by 2026.
